SYNOPSIS:
Park Jong-chul, a student activist who participated in pro-democracy demonstrations against the regime was tortured to death during interrogation sessions. This in return triggered a series of student-led protests against the regime. At first the authorities wish to conceal the death of Park Jong-chul, however a group of citizens fight for the truth in order to bring about long-awaited justice.
