SYNOPSIS:

Biggie-chen, one of the biggest and elusive drug lords in the Philippines, remains in hiding from the police in the slums of Manila. Detective Dela Cruz and Detective Alvarez interrogate drug dealer Teban, who reveals a key information for the whereabouts of Biggie-chen. An elite anti-drug squad begins a major operation to capture Biggie-chen, until they stumble upon other key information that may result in the closure of the operation.
